Clear Youtube Caches in Android and Desktop


Method: 1

-Go Apps. This will open the list of apps.

-Go YouTube. This will open the app options for YouTube.

-Then click Storage. This will open the storage settings for the YouTube app.

-Then click Clear cache.


Method: 2

Clearing the App Cache (iPhone/iPad)

Go YouTube in App Library.

-Touch and hold the YouTube app. This will make an options menu appear.

-Click Remove App.

-Tap Delete App.

After it finishes deleting, redownload the app from the App Store.


Method: 3

Clearing the Chrome Cache

-In the top right corner of chrome, your name letter as a logo or near your profile picture, you will see three vertical circles.

-This method will clear your google chrome cache.

-Click More tools. Then Opening a pop up menu

-Click Clear browsing data. and “More tools” section of the More menu.

-Select a time range and deletion options.

-Click Clear data..


Method: 5

Deleting YouTube History (Desktop)

-Click the profile button. In the upper-left corner of the screen, you will see the circle containing your profile picture.

-Click Your data in YouTube.

-Click Manage your YouTube Watch History.

-Click Delete.

-Click Delete all time.

-Click Delete.

Deleting YouTube History (Mobile)

-Click on the profile button. This method working in Android and iPhone.

-Settings. It’s next to the gear icon from the profile options menu.

-History & privacy.

-Clear watch history.

-Clear watch history.

-Clear search history. Then showing a pop up window.

-Clear search history.
